I’ve been a long-time fan of Lonely Planet. In the past, when ordering online from various book sellers, deliveries would usually arrive within a week. However, my recent experience has been less satisfactory — it took nearly a month for the book to be delivered.
Additionally, I was disappointed to be charged an extra €6 in customs duties because the item was shipped from the UK.
