Dream Duo™ (Gen 3)

I’ve used this for about a month now with my newborn. One of the biggest flaws in the reviews is that it false alarms a lot. I have not had that issue. I believe if you put the sock on correctly and you secure it, it doesn’t have a lot of alarms. I think it’s obnoxious that it alarms when you are putting the sock on not quickly enough. I use this every night for peace of mind and it definitely helps me sleep better. I put my baby in the two-way zipper onesies, this goes on their foot and I put a sock over it as well, I didn’t do that at first, and I feel like it would alarm more when they were crying a lot and wiggling their feet. Overall, I believe it’s worth the price for the monitoring level that it has!

Faulty product and terrible customer support. They shipped a broken product and refused to help solve the problem in a reasonable time frame. Every time an agent said they needed to escalate the ticket I would not hear back. Then I would have to reopen the ticket and each time that process took 20-30 minutes because they route you through an AI bot. On top of all that they charge a $10 restocking fee for returning a broken product. Unreal.
