Keto Gingerbread Mug Cake Mix

My favourite are the ginger and lemon, so quick and easy to make. I serve mine with some frozen fruit, defrosted in the microwave until slightly warm, plus a dollop of greek yogurt, delicious 😋

IVery easy to make but I miss-read the instructions and thought step 4 meant microwave for 4 minutes when it was only supposed to be 1 minute 🤦 I realised my mistake about 3 minutes in so it turned out a bit too dry, but it tasted lovely. Will get more and make sure I follow the instructions carefuly
