I finally found my wedding heels! These shoes are so pretty and comfy. I bought a pair of the double pearl ankle straps to go with them, and they are perfect. I can’t wait to wear them in December!

Super cute but horrible return policy

I took off two stars because of the complications I encountered when trying to exchange and return shoes. I ordered four pairs of shoes because I wasn’t sure on the sizing. I measured my foot and ordered based on the measurements listed on the website and then I ordered a size up just in case. I ordered two different styles in two different sizes. All four shoes were too small so I immediately attempted to send them back and it turns out they take fees from you for “restocking” this isn’t mentioned until you actually go to do the return. Then, I wanted to exchange one pair for a different size but it told me to process a return and just order a new pair. So at this point I’ve purchased five pairs of shoes. I paid $238 per order (two pairs of shoes and I do two orders) and the refund amount was $198.68. I paid about $40 to just try on shoes. They also sent my two separate orders in one big box so when I went to return I had to buy another box because they sent me two separate return labels. The whole process was stressful and complicated. The final pair of shoes I received fit wider than the ones I fell in love with so that made me a little sad. The sizing was weird on the shoes.

Love the style of these heels, but the blue in the picture is misleading. They are more of a minty blue color.
