long and needs a lot of styling

the colors are all correct but the edges of the wig are very matted looking. the wig is also shaped a lot more like a bad bob and would need advanced styling skills to try to salvage it. I can appreciate excess length to allow for customization and adjustments, but this is genuinely just a bunch of hair sewn into a wig with loose threads. super disappointed, especially because it took a month to get here.
