Looks great, bit of a pain to get onto the figure because of the precise cuts needed. Would love it if they came pre-cut although I understand why they do not as they would most likely become unreasonably expensive with the work involved in that.

Not cut out I don't have the equipment to cut out and on the picture it shows they're cut out
