I retuned them but this is why- every time i put them on my feet they made my feet look huge. Also when you start to wear them a lot it makes the fluff go down. So it makes your shoe like raggedy. And the bad thing is that if it rains or you get them in water then the stain won’t come out. So they don’t look good when you have a huge dark mark on your shoe. And they only gave me back a partial refund. If you want to buy uggs then do not do it from Suburban shoes.
