Red Door Eau de Parfum Spray

I love this. It smells fabulous and I always get compliments when wearing it.

Unfortunately the Red Door came broken in the package. As soon as I picked the package where it was dropped I could hear the sound of the broken bottle and the scent was all over. On unboxing it I found the bottle shattered with nothing left in it. I’m sure the delivery person knew it was broken. I had to video the unboxing, I also took pictures. The packaging wasn’t professionally done. I suspected there was a problem when the tracking showed it was in the delivery van on its way to be delivered at 8:10am on Friday 5/17/24 and remained like that till the end of the day. Tracking it today it showed again in the delivery van on its way at 4:54am on Saturday 5/18 only to be delivered in the afternoon today. I’m highly disappointed and demand a refund. I should have bought it at my regular store. Unfortunately there is no way I could send the videos and photos.
