Very upset

My bottle was opened and worn out. It didn't look new, it was already used. I wrote an email, but no one answered. I'm very upset

Look the body it gives my limp fine hair!

So far so good

I haven't had the chance to use ot for long but so far I have no complaints. Only giving 3 stars for now until I've used it awhile. Will see if there's a build up and how my hair feels after awhile
