This was my first experience with ordering from Harlestons. I had previously purchased one of their Quarterzips at a local pro shop. I liked it very much & wanted a second color. Upon receipt of my order I realized they had sent me the wrong size. I contacted them & made them aware of their mixup. They immediately expedited a replacement to me. I receive the replacement the following day. I am very pleased with their products and equally pleased with their responsive customer service.
