An update from my original review. Once support request was received I received a personal phone call from Coldsnap to fix my order. I recommend these guys 100%. They are resolving my order and sending out a replacement.

Anticipated something a little different.

OOrdered the XL anticipating that they were like the standard one just longer but realized they are not. Description didn't state that and they have a bigger hook removing gapping on the tooth side. Gifted them seeming as I had no purpose for the larger hook opening.
