Floral Resin Serving Tray Kit

Beautiful but a few tips!

The trays turned out beautiful and i love how it provides clear instructions and absolutely everything you need inside the box. Two tips that I learned that I would change for next time would be: (1) I left it dry overnight but forgot to check periodically like the instructions said to use the lighter to clear out any air bubbles that came to the surface as the resin settled and hardened. But i waited too long and by that time the tray had cured too much and even the lighter didnt get rid of the bubbles. So just make sure you check every half hour or hour as it cures. (2) If you are doing this craft with a friend who has to travel with the final product, before you fill the tray with the remaining resin in top of the flowers, make sure to transfer the tray to whatever box or surface you are going to put it in to travel. Once you fill up the mold to the top with remaining resin, it's too hard to transfer after that without spilling sticky resin everywhere, plus the tray mold itself is maleable so bends a lot. Other than that, I would totally do this again. This is only my 2nd resin DIY craft ive done and both have been so fun and wonderful end products.

Loved this kit! They included plenty of flowers to cover the entire tray and it was easy to put together.

We purchased both resin tray kits and combined some of the colors with the pressed flowers. They turned out so pretty and it was a fun bonding craft! Will be making resin items again!
