Mat was not to size as advertised . A placemat is larger . Very disappointed

Was not soft like advertised, very rough. When I went to return it they offered me a 20%refund of my purchase price. By the time I pay for the shipping, that's about what is get back, and they know it so they keep 80% of my money. Do not buy.

It was not the quality or the size depicted in the photograph! Very disappointed! I thought the photo made the mat like double size. I ordered two and gotctwo dinky little ones. The photo also looks like it is beige with cream highlights. Its just beige. Not as “luxurious” as it depicts.
