Easy to install. Looks great, and the new top plate fits perfectly. No more rodents able to get in my smoker, and I love that they use a bully breed as their logo. Great customer service. I got a text from them after I ordered the products to thank me for my order, and when I had a question after delivery, I got a quick response

Depending on the model you have, they can be tricky to secure in place. However, the owners are very hands on and happy to help. They are highly motivated to create the best grease management system possible for our grills/smokers and customer service experience they can. Looking forward to getting more for my other smokers.

Awesome grease system!

Worked great on a Backyard Beast 1200. Installed on the grill as a gift for a person with a dog that would destroy the stock bucket. Install was easy, great instructions, and a final product that reminds me of my time in an industrial kitchen. Can’t speak to ease of use for cleaning etc as this was a gift but the silicone liners and replacements available leave you options to replace in the future if desired. Great product, good value, 10/10
