I like that it is only one dose per day but have a problem with the powder congealing before I can finish the drink.

I like the full feeling I get from the fiber lean. I don’t care for the powder. I think the pill would be easier. Other than the it’s great. I feel full a very long time, more than usual. It curbs my want to snack.
