Great product, poor customer service
Missing information on product pages leave the customer trying to locate specifications across multiple pages hidden under further pages. When the product doesn't meet your expectation, there is a lack of accepting liability for this. They do not respond to emails or messages, and are very, very slow.

Simple and easy to use with simple connection to the switchbot app / hub but apple home intergatation and visibility is poor once you get the hub connected 🙈 but the quality for the money is easily a 5 stars 👍

fab product, I use it to keep an eye on my bedroom temp and decide whether to turn the heating on before going upstairs at night
