Great customer service and nice fleece coat

I received the coat as an exchange for another product that I was disappointed with. My fleece coat is a winner. It is comfortable, offering room to layer, has pockets, and is warm and cozy. I also need to mention that the customer service was exceptional. I can honesty say I have never had any better. Thank you for your commitment in making sure the customer is happy.

The heather black coat is the best!

The heather black coat goes with everything, and is warm and comfortable. Great fit, too. I loved it so much, I bought the coat in oatmeal and denim. I receive complements every time I wear one of them. While waiting with family for a flight last year, my black coat disappeared when I walked away from my seat to get a cup of coffee. After returning home, no luck with lost and found; guess I wasn’t the only one who loved it. Since that time, I’ve been checking to see if you have it back in stock. It would be great if you’d restock it!
