It works. I use test strips and a meter to test my ketone count both before and after taking Original Ketone. It definitely raises the my ketone level. I take it prior to a workout or a walk to minimize or eliminate the use of blood glucose for energy. My only gripe is the price. My initial purchase was $100. By my second purchase the price rose to $108. It works, I love it ,the price is too, but I guess you get what you pay for.
