I bought 2 different cases from a competitor on Amazon and they both failed quickly. The tether mounts pulled right off the cases on both product. I was bound and determined to find a good quality product. I then found the top of the line Urban Armor case and separate tether. I had to order both separately from two different warehouses, but they both came right away and proved to be worth their costs. The case is absolutely top quality with two strong tether mounts built on the case. The tether is unreal, made from a heavy braided rope the we used to walk our dog when we forgot his lease. l it’s adjustable and simply the best heavy duty tether I have ever seen. You could use it to climb a wall if needed. My wife kidded me about the price but after she started using it I have not heard another word other than thank you for finding just what she needed. Without a tether she was constantly loosing her new 17 pro max. No more. I guess if you are going to pay over 2k for your 2tb phone, $140 is a drop in the bucket to protect it.
