Jersey Matching Hijab & Undercap Set - Dark Brown

Disappointing

I was really disappointed with my experience with Azelefa. I purchased three hijabs along with bamboo undercaps, spending a lot of money plus high shipping costs, expecting good quality. Unfortunately, the bamboo undercaps are extremely slippery and would not stay on at all throughout the day, making them very uncomfortable to wear. I normally rely on fashion tape to secure my hijab, but the undercap material does not allow tape to stick whatsoever, it comes off immediately. This makes the hijabs very difficult, if not impossible, to wear. I contacted customer service to explain the issue and asked for a return, refund, or alternative solution. My request was denied, and after following up again, I received no response at all. Being left with products I genuinely cannot use, with no further communication, was very frustrating. I had high hopes for this brand, but both the product quality and customer service fell far below expectations. I would advise others to be cautious, especially if you rely on undercaps staying in place or need supportive after-sales service.

I always get copliments on this jersey, its so buttery and soft. The edges are double stitched so they are neat. UK girlies this is a similar quality to the lovely primark jerseys, which are so hard to find elsewhere!!!
