The Katherine Conchos are beautiful. They were a gift so I don’t have pictures or video yet. The customer service was the best part of my shopping experience. Typically it is difficult to order AND RECEIVE an item in December in time for Christmas but Roxy delivered AND quickly and politely answered questions that I submitted online. The gift recipient loves this product line and I’m so glad because I can’t wait to order the next beautiful item.
