The Kindness Elves are a huge part of our family's Christmas tradition. The kids love that they aren't like the Elf on the Shelf and the little touches with the heart-shaped notes, the little postcards and stickers all add to the holiday magic for my two children. The paper everything is printed on is high quality and durable. The kids review the booklet we have previous years and love looking over the notes and things and remembering the fun they've had with their elves. Missing items

I ordered and was charged for 3 items and only received one. Email responses are slow. I was told the missing items would be sent urgently and still waiting a week later.
