Faulty - no replacement or refund issued

I’d previously ordered many charms from this company and been over the moon with every single one. My last order contained this charm, in celebration of Disney’s 100th. When it arrived it was missing the Disney Logo as expected. It’s just got a silver tag when the engraving should be, so it’s quite noticeably missing. Upon contacting the company, I was told I could choose another charm or have a refund, once they’d confirmed that it was a one off. If it was just a faulty one, they’d exchange mine for a perfect one. I got the message the day later that the whole batch was faulty and no one in the warehouse had in fact noticed until I said. And that’s the end of the story - no more contact, no refund and certainly no replacement, identical or otherwise. Customer service is a complete deal breaker for me so at this point I’d never buy from, or use this company again.
