Great product

There were unexpected duties due when the package arrived, because the courier used is an international one. The Balanced market doesnt carry the mint flavour or I would have ordered through them. I’m disappointed to learn the mouth rinse bottle is plastic, because I was expecting it to be stainless steel. It’d be good to see this made more clear on the website. It’s costly for me to place another order so soon, as I’m not from the USA. It looks like to get the stainless steel bottle you’ve to order it empty with a refill pouch, which I already have.

Great Product- Bottle needs redesign

The product itself seems great. What is needed is a better design of the bottle. The bottle leaks every time we open it and use it. It leaks when you shake it or if it is on the side. The liquid sits in the cap and when you unscrew the bottle, the liquid leaks.
