Shipment delayed and then never delivered
I ordered this as a gift for my daughter’s birthday. The shipment was delayed twice and then two weeks later when I checked the status it said undeliverable.

Hard to use
I found this difficult to get the results I wanted. The settings didn’t work and the only way to turn it off was unplug it. I am sending it back. Very disappointed because I love this brand.
