I recently tried the Smoked Haddock Puff Pastry Wellington and was thoroughly impressed. The pastry was perfectly golden and flaky, and the smoked haddock inside was full of flavor, delicately seasoned and beautifully balanced. The creamy filling complemented the fish without overpowering it, and the whole dish felt indulgent yet well-composed. A delicious twist on a classic, and something I’d order again!

Very tasty and lovely pastry. One of the pair often spreads while cooking though.
