Wild Cape Hake Loin Steaks

Great fish but had started to thaw by the time i got it

Beautiful thick pices of hake can be used in a variety of recipes. I have made a spanish fish stew which was great and I have breaded them and served with chips. These are on my frequent order list as they are a staple in our home.

Fish was fresh and firm. Package arrived exactly when ordered, using a reliable courier company. Very well packed in cardboard with plenty of ice and insulation, clear instructions, individually packed steaks in plastic. Very satisfied with the service and quality.
