Whole Wild Raw American Lobster

We ordered two lobster for our Christmas lunch but despite being well packaged, the claws were already had all fallen off on arrival. The meat was quite mushy so not a fantastic meal but these are the risks of ordering a fragile product that needs to be shipped via couriers. Will definitely try again as we were impressed by the service and range this company provides.

Upon thawing and preparing the product, I found the lobster meat to be soft and mushy, which is not typical of high-quality lobster. Given the reputation for quality seafood, I was expecting firm, fresh-tasting lobster meat. This experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I’m concerned about potential handling or storage issues with this batch. Having contacted the company I still have not received any response Having said that I have ordered from them many times before i have never had an issue with this product!

Not great, no better than a LIDL ice pop. The meat was mushy and I was embarrassed to serve it
