Wild Mahi-Mahi Fillet Steaks

Really firm fleshy fish. Great grilled with some salsa verde and vegetables

I have been dying to try mahi mahi and have been planning to visit Hawaii to eat some and you have made my day. It is so succulent and tasty. Meaty fish as well so it’s very filling.

Firm fish that lends itself to a variety of cooking methods. Great taste.
