Wild British Dover Sole Fillet

I received 2 filets, each about 6 inches long weighing a total of 100 gms, i e less than 4 ounces, each filet under 2 ounces and not cheap. Consequently the filets were almost paper thin, no texture whatsoever but tasted fine.

Complete rip off, needed a magnifying glass to see fillet, 2 mouthfuls and it was gone! Most expensive fillet I have ever bought.
