Great Game

I like the relatable examples in this game. Some other games just don't always hit the emotion that I might like it to and the ones in this game did just that, definitely frustration and anger inducing. I would have liked to have more coping skills on the poster but I have found that the kids are actually incorporating those on their own. I LOVE the pause that is built into the play.

This game not only gets kids talking about a context that produces anger for them, but gives them concrete examples from their own life experiences and brings them into their own awareness of how their body reacts to anger, providing them with opportunities to make better choices before it's too late.
