Ora King salmon…yes! Honestly, being that Maine Lobster Now specializes in lobster, I was a bit skeptical on ordering your Ora King salmon. It just happens to be my favorite, and the company I normally order it from, has been sold out forever, plus it’s very expensive. So I took a chance on your salmon and am so glad I did. The salmon came packaged perfectly, frozen solid even in these hot humid temperatures, large thick pieces and you’re not as expensive. The best part, it is extremely delicious, tender and flaky and fatty salmon, the way I prefer it. Ora King salmon is very forgiving fish to cook. You can’t mess it up or overcook it. I highly recommend Ora King from Maine Lobster Now. You have a repeat customer for life.
