Still waiting for any contact from the company with "unwavering customer service." Filament almost takes a certain kind of printer to print it out of. If its matte, it's like gritty and if you're using ams lite, don't waste your time. It doesn't work. Filament likes to grab onto PTFE tubing and make prints fail. Got shafted on my accessory since it hasn't cleared customs from a company that prides itself on making filament in the US. Customer service is my number one priority. You've lost my business.

Their filament is fantastic stuff. I got a marker set which i was a little hesitant at first of. I tried the metallic markers on the box and wow, those are incredible. About to dial the second roll in but their filament printed beatifully and with the quality of everything else, im sure the other roll will be incredible too. 10/10 would suggest to anyone wanting filament and more.

I look forward to receiving my SLICEWORX every month. The filament and surprise tool is cool, now the candy they send is the icing on the cake
