Trouble

I bought this cab it arrive ''damaged '' it had been dropped in shipping the carpet on the top had been scraped away in abought a one inch area and the speaker's buzzed, I wrote seismic three tome's with no response I ended up writing them 3 times finally the third time someone wrote me back and said yes he seen my email's and they were short staffed ''HUM'' he said that they sent me an RMA and to take to Fedx and return it Wait Fedx damage it and I wasn't going to drive across town for that. Fedx can come to my house and pick it up. so I've had it about a month and a half still ''NO'' RMA. so I took the grill of the speaker cab and took out the speaker and found the wiring harness that mount's to the speaker to hold the wire's place in had come off I don't if this happened in shipping or if it was sent to me like that. so I hot glued it back in place and there is no buzz now. I really should charge Seismic an hour labor on it ''But'' I'm Shure they won't pay need less to say I'm not happy Seismic there customer service Isn't good they don't treat there customers very good. Next time I think it will bee ''Hartke. So beware.

When I considered buying these cabs I have to say I was very skeptical. But, when I fired them up and started playing my bass, I was blown away. Crystal clear with a monstrous sound. I'm going to purchase 2 more soon. Stoked.
