When it goes wrong, it's about how you fix it - and you were brilliant
When you're sending live plants by post, things will occasionally go wrong - it's about how you fix it. You fixed this by incredibly swift and hassle-free replacement of the two plants in a much larger (and otherwise perfect) order that arrived in bad condition. The replacements are great and thriving, thank you.

Great herbs, arrived in perfect condition. When there was a delivery delay, the customer service was excellent. Was a gift along with other herbs and recipient loves them.

Pleased with the plants and service
Pleased with the plants delivered, even with the extraordinarily hot weather they were in good condition. After an initial issue with the delivery, the Fyne Herbs team sorted it immediately, which was very much appreciated.
