Ordered plants in the middle of a heatwave ?

Ordered plants in the middle of a heatwave, arrived looking a bit hot and bothered but still great shape and recovering well, great looking sturdy plants , thanks for a great service,

Great herbs, arrived in perfect condition. When there was a delivery delay, the customer service was excellent. Was a gift along with other herbs and recipient loves them.

Not the same as before and very weedy

I have ordered this plant before, and it was great. This one arrived and was very thin and weedy, have planted in a pot but it's not looking like it's thriving like the other herbs you have sent. This also doesn't seem like it's the same plant as the thai siam queen, I maybe just over thinking it, but leaves look different to previous plant - more like a normal basil.
