Great service but...

I was pleasantly surprised that my order included additional bonus items; thank you. I appreciate your generosity. I ordered the classic white therapy sand and found it very dusty and unpleasant to touch in a therapeutic setting. The company was generous and sent a second box of sand, and it too was very dusty. I would not recommend the sand. It is more like play sand, not therapy sand. Thank you for the great service.
