I am a therapist that works with Spanish speaking children and families. It is difficult to find literature and therapeutical items that we can use for information and interventions.

Shipping problems

2 weeks after ordering I had not received any shipping information. I called and was told that one of my items were on backorder and the apologized for not going ahead and sending the rest of the items. I was compensated by getting 2 other items delivered until the backorder item was received, but I'm still waiting on the backorder item and it's been a month.
