Mystery Liquid Bundle - 9 Dice Sets + 1 RPG Accessory

The order arrived on time. The dice are good quality but, unfortunately, my order is missing a 14 pc. I messaged the support multiple times over the month to request the missing piece. They asked to verify my address, which I did, after which I received no response, even after following up multiple times. Unfortunately, for now I have to give 2 stars due to missing piece, even though there is nothing wrong with the dice.
