Sample Soho FlexTech Pants - Charcoal

The slacks are far too small in the waist. I ordered the same size in this pair as I did on the prior order. The new slacks are two inches smaller in the waist but marked the same size on the tag. I am aware the purchase was not refundable or exchangeable. However, since the new pants are marked the same size on the tag as the original and are clearly not the same, Sene should have exchanged them for me. I provided photos of the variance between the first pant and this one so Sene could see their mistake. The company told me to go have a tailor it let out in the waist. Which will cost me additional money. With this type of material you’ll see where the original seam was. So, letting the waist out will leaving the slacks looking awful. The company refused to make it right for me. Terrible service.
