I received this bracelet as a gift in April. The elastic band broke after one month. I paid for postage/insurance ($16) to return for repair. The repaired bracelet broke the first time I tried it on. Customer service is very responsive, and they sent me a new bracelet. I have worn it one time. Im afraid it will break again. The bracelet was a gift from a dear friend and I would rather admire it in my jewelry box rather than wear it. I have several Brighton pieces and have worn them for years. I do not have large hands/wrists. I wish I could have exchanged this bracelet for a bracelet without elastic .
