Beautiful! And they aren’t heavy!

Worst customer service I have ever received!!!! I checkout and immediately realized I forgot to do two day express shipping so I sent them an email. My husband and I were leaving for an anniversary trip on Saturday and I knew if I did not select the 2 day shipping not only would I not receive the earrings in time for our trip but I also knew I’d be outside of their very strict 10 day return policy once we returned. I emailed them immediately and told them my mistake. Unfortunately, the earrings did not arrive until we were in the middle of our trip once I arrived home I once again emailed them saying I would like to return them, but they said I was now outside their 10 day policy and they only give me a credit for the $399 earrings I had purchase. My sweet husband felt horrible on our trip and bought me an amazing pair of earrings. Nor do I like the earrings they sent me, but I’m now stuck with a $400 pair of earrings because they refuse to recognize that I emailed them the day. I ordered them letting them know I need to cancel, upgrade or stop my order. Do not ever purchase from them unless you see them in person and absolutely fall in love, their customer service and the return policy is absolutely the worst in the business.

We bought these for our future daughter in law for Christmas. I showed her a picture asking if she liked them prior to me buying. She loved them in the photo. Hoping she loves them on as well after opening for Christmas.
