The filters came in a timely matter. There were no directions. After contacting the company they forwarded a video. It was still difficult to get the tops opened. Once I figured that out, it was easy.

Best water purifier ever.

I was not really wanting to purchase this right away because of the price. I purchased other filters before and spent a lot of money on them and they didn’t work as advertised. I decided I would try one more time and the Sans purifier is the best. I love the taste of the water and it’s very easy to use. I have had it for over a year now and it still works great.
