This is My Second Shelf

I purchased my first shelf for my Travato thinking my storage box was made by Flatline Van Co because other components (ladder, spare tire rack) had their logo on it. The shelf I received, however, was different than the one already in the box and didn’t quite line up correctly. After discussing the issue with Customer Service and a couple pictures back and forth we determined that the box was actually a competitors box. I felt rather foolish but was told it happens frequently and that they would take the shelf back. I was so pleased with the help and service I received and the fact that the shelf seemed to be built better (and was actually less cost) I decided to try slightly modifying the self and instal it. I’m thrilled with the way it turned out and bought a second shelf, that’s what this review is about. I modified the second shelf and installed it. I’m totally happy. Keep up the good work & service Flatline. Please note: based on the quality of their other products I have I’m confident that if the box had been theirs the shelf would have fit perfectly.
