not as firm as I thought it may be.

Helps ease the pain and easy to wear.

I have been using this on my left shoulder and found it to be very beneficial as the pain has reduced in my shoulder area and I am also now able to sleep on my left side at night. As a woman I find the strap that goes across my body is uncomfortable so maybe that could be made longer?

Difficult at first to get it to fit and as I’m only petite there was a lot of extra strap to tuck in once on. A bit early to tell if it will do any good.
