I have bought 4 different pictures so far and never disappointed

This was a holiday gift for a dear friend - and he absolutely loved it! The ordering process was smooth and the painting arrived quickly. The quality was high - worth every cent; And, part of the proceeds goes to help animals in need. It’s a great gift. My friend hung it prominently in his home, and we laugh about it all the time. Absolutely recommend!

I am being asked to review only part of an order. I had to review some photographs as the proof dis not look right The process for review took weeks so was, painfully slow. Missed our family Christmas present gathering due to inconsistent responses and at times no response at all to follow up emails hence no presents to share . Having reviewed the phonographs upon delivery we noticed that the names originally requested were not on the prints bar one photo. This was disappointing as we gave presents at the same time to out family after Christmas and one was different as a result. There was no managerial oversight or senior person to manage our issues . Exasperated in the end and g ave up which is a real shame for us. Complaint process was not followed when we tried to make this route to get support with our order.
