I love the many options that this equipment offers. I have done straight leg Deadlifts amd belt squats, all easy to use , effective. and low injury risk. I definitely recommend this for gym goers at home or commercial users.

I love this thing. I had considered building my own. By the time I priced it out, the Squat Box was well worth it the price. 4 stars because It's not wide enough for a sumo stance.
