Discrepancy in mm size

I RE-ORDERED the 4mm aquamarine beads. I had already ordered 4 mm aquamarine beads from this company, but found I needed more to complete my project. The second order was a bigger mm than my first order. They both claimed to be the same 4 mm. Very irritating, especially since it takes this company a long time to ship out their orders! So, wasted time only to find the new order was at least a 5 mm.

I purchased the beads to make a hand knotted Mala Bead necklace. The Aquamarine stone beads were cloudy and not as gemmy as the photos listed on the website so, I was a little disappointed.
