Nice enough but was sent with a different crystal on the chain than originally ordered because the other was out of stock, but didn’t bother to ask beforehand either if that was ok which I wasn’t happy about, I would have rather waited and got what I originally ordered….was offered a voucher which I declined as it meant spending more money, or I could return, but that wasn’t an option as I didn’t have the time, it was a gift, but after back and forwards, I got a $20 refund…..was not what I call an easy transaction at all! Very disappointing
