Great product but unfortunately too small

I went for XL because my dog measures 20”. I should have taken the XXL I guess. Because I am now based in the Netherlands I am unable to exchange because of the high import taxes (€17) Hopefully I can gift it to another dog so it’s not wasted. Apart from the size it’s a very well made product

Bonjour, Nous sommes très content du service et du matériel. Pars contre il faudrait etre plus précis au niveau des frais de dédouanement, car 18 euro de frais de dédouanement s'est énorme. Meilleures salutations Christina

It makes a slight difference to my dog, definitely worth giving it a go, muffles some of it out to help, i have used with calming drops and although it has made it managable, he is such a reactive dog to fireworks.
